Connor Associates Supports Santa Fe Christian Schools (CA)
Connor Associates’ President Michael Connor was onsite at Santa Fe Christian Schools in Solana Beach, CA on February 29, 2024 to personally present the results and recommendations from their Enrollment Feasibility and 2028 Enrollment Forecast Study.
He met with Head of Schools Rod Gilbert, Chief Financial & Operations Officer Kurt de Pfyffer, the Academic Leadership Team, the Advancement Team (pictured here with HOS Rod Gilbert), and the Board of Directors for an evening Retreat.

Work continues this Spring with an Image Audit of prospective families, Christian influencers, feeder and matriculating schools, current families, and other constituencies and organizations the School wants to attract and retain. The Image Audit report and recommendations will be presented June 21, 2024 to the School’s leadership and Board.
