Mike has, after all, sat in your seat at both boarding and day schools as a faculty member, Director of Studies, Director of Advancement, of Enrollment Management, and of Marketing and Communications.

The Starter Package includes an on-site, introductory, face-to-face meeting with the Head and Administrative team to discuss with Mike how your School or organization understands its current challenges and opportunities. From there you will determine: does Mike truly understand our needs and “get” us?  Are there approaches for us to consider before entering into a comprehensive or long-term consulting engagement?  Are there immediate process improvement or organizational considerations Mike can advise us on that will provide a blueprint to help us move ahead on our own?

The cost is minimal. The risk is non-existent. The value is immense.
