About Presentation High School
Presentation High School is a private, Catholic, college preparatory school for girls established in 1962. It is owned and run by the Sisters of the Presentation and operates within the Diocese of San Jose in California.
Presentation High School is the only all-girls school recognized as an Outstanding School for STEM by the Santa Clara County Synopsys Science & Technology Championship.
Located in the beautiful Willow Glen area of San Jose, the school is small by design. It has a 12:1 student to teacher ratio, an 80% AP pass rate, and 100% of Presentation’s students attend college after graduation. There are 9 signature programs to support students diverse interest in co-curricular involvement. These programs include athletics (over 180 local and state championships among the school’s 13 sports), Math & Science Academy, choir, dance (National Champions with 32 national titles), faith and justice, robotics (members of FRC), speech and debate, theater, and the Women's Leadership Institute.
