Students at Bennett learn by doing through dynamic project-based learning experiences, and their competency-based approach to education and assessment provides each learner with actionable feedback based on their strengths and areas of challenge.
In the last eight years, Bennett Day School's PreK-12 community has grown from 23 students to 320.
Throughout this time, they have celebrated countless milestones alongside their students and families.

It is crucial that we affirm and maintain the heart of what makes Bennett ‘Bennett’ as we expand our campus and capacity for learners. Each day our school’s story continues to grow and evolve, and we believe that all perspectives and voices need to be a part of that story—they must have power and agency to identify shortcomings and impact solutions. In 2022, Bennett Day School was recognized for excellence with its project-based learning lab that has helped generate non-tuition revenue and expand its PK-12 program. Bennett Day is one of three National Business Officers Associates (NBOA) schools to receive this year's Jeffrey Shields Award for Innovation Excellence in School Business Operations, which recognizes NBOA member schools that have demonstrated innovation in school business operations through approaches, programs and/or practices that may serve as a model in the independent school community (source: NBOA.org).
