Serving as an unbiased third party with excellent interpersonal skills, our research associates conduct confidential interviews with a variety of constituents who are affiliated with our client school. The constituents share perceptions and experiences that are coded, aggregated, and shared with the school to help identify salient points of value, branding, identity, customer experience, strategic priorities, and more. We’ve been doing this work for decades, so you will receive the guidance and tools needed to succeed in your interviews.
