Connor Associates Adds Administrative Search to Its Stable of Services

Hackley School, NY, First Client For Candidate Search Services

Connor Associates’ Founder and President Mike Connor announced an expansion of its already extensive marketing services to include administrative searches. The firm will specialize in search and placement functions for Business and Operations, Advancement, Development, Marketing, Communication, and Enrollment Management.

Connor Associates’ Finance and Operations Strategic Partner Thom Greenlaw will provide search and training for a new position at Hackley, Director of Operations and Campus Planning.

Hackley School is a K-12 coed day and boarding college preparatory school in Tarrytown, NY. Over the school’s entrance to its nearly 300-acre wooded campus are the words, “Enter Here to Be and Find a Friend.”

Thom Greenlaw has served over 25 years in various senior roles in independent schools as a COO, CFO, and Director of Strategic Initiatives. His own consulting firm, Creative Independents, has served many independent schools. Connor Associates is privileged to have Thom on our team or professionals.
