Emily Griffiths

Strategic Partner, Client Relations and Market Research

Emily Griffiths is the former Vice President of Client Relations and Research for Connor Associates. She manages the team of associates and is responsible for a range of client management and operational activities to ensure an outstanding customer experience for Connor Associates clients.

Emily joined Connor Associates in 2018 with over 15 years of corporate research and risk analysis experience, during which she focused on market analysis, strategy, and customer experience in various businesses and industries. She has worked in a variety of cross-functional capacities at public and private companies, individual practices, and nonprofit groups.

She started her career with Ernst & Young, focusing on operational attestation and compliance. She then joined Nordstrom to work in research and analysis and moved into corporate strategy. Along the way, Emily earned individual performance and teamwork awards. Emily studied Economics and French at St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN and earned an MBA from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington (Seattle).
