The new “Class of 2025” joins four veteran Research Associates and will begin immediately on new projects and comprehensive services recently awarded.

Bonnie Hariri is a seasoned UX Researcher and Consumer Insights Analyst with over 15 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research across B2B and B2C markets. Bonnie has worked across the financial, technology, healthcare, and retail/e-commerce industries, driving innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

Aara McKoy brings her interdisciplinary background and analytical mindset. A former PK teacher, her unique combination of psychology, biology, and digital marketing expertise, along with her digital marketing background in the medical field, allows her to approach research holistically, driving innovative solutions and actionable insights.

Ruby Morales started her career in public health administration, where she first developed an interest in research and information services, working as a research coordinator for academic medical professionals engaged in primary research. Ruby expanded her experience in information and project management roles, most recently at Meta Platform Technologies and Microsoft.
