Jill C. Fink
Based in Philadelphia, Jill has been an agent for social change throughout her career. She has a diverse background in non-profit leadership, higher education, and social impact entrepreneurship. Jill has demonstrated herself as a natural leader with a history of improving organizational effectiveness through change leadership, strategic planning, coaching, and talent management.
Having been fortunate enough to have great teachers – and attend great schools – Jill believes passionately in quality education for all young people. She’s dedicated much of her career to building partnerships across sectors – connecting schools, businesses, nonprofits, and government – in order to strengthen local communities and improve the lives of all residents. Whether working in philanthropy, nonprofit social services, or even operating her own café, Jill’s work has always aligned with her values and a higher purpose. She believes deeply in engaging with – and attentively listening to – stakeholders and partners in order to guide and support strategies that build capacity, increase effectiveness, and demonstrate impact.
Jill loves to travel – a passion she discovered during her high school years when living in Tokyo with her family. After graduating from The American School in Japan, Jill returned to the United States for her undergraduate and graduate degrees. A life-long learner, Jill also holds certificates in leadership from Bryn Mawr College and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
When she’s not working, you’ll find Jill practicing yoga, running, or spending time with her dog, Josie, with whom she also volunteers at Ronald McDonald House.
