The Western United States' premier boarding and day arts academy and summer program selected Connor Associates to provide strategic research and to facilitate the direction of the School's next strategic plan.
Connor's team has been working with the Idyllwild Arts Foundation, near Palm Springs, which runs a longstanding summer arts program for 1,800 children and adults, and a college preparatory boarding school for 311 students from 30 countries in grades 9-12.
Pamela Jordan, former Head at Chicago Academy of the Arts, was brought onboard as Idyllwild's new President this past year. Connor Associates' research projects have helped the School set priorities under new leadership. These projects included an internal marketing and enrollment management assessment, the School's first comprehensive alumni survey to cite how the Academy has made a difference in their lives, and an external image (perceptual) audit to provide an objective viewpoint from those the school serves and seeks to serve.
Connor completes the strategic planning project with a final report to faculty and staff on November 11, 2015.
