Based in Silicon Valley, Caroline joined Connor Associates in 2019. She brings over ten years’ experience in administration, management and cross-cultural project coordination. She is a native Portuguese speaker and recognizes the role that cultural localization can play in choosing schools.
Caroline has previously utilized analytical problem solving to optimize revenues and assist in data driven decision making by company stakeholders. She understands the importance of strategic recommendations to keep up with changing markets.
While pursuing her degree in Neuroscience, Caroline assisted in research studies on the neuroanatomy of Autism and remains passionate about education and research. She understands the inherent value quality educators and institutions bring to fueling a love of learning.
Caroline has actively participated on advisory committees liaising between parents and private board members as well being a member of School Site Council. She was also involved with Parent Advisory Committee in the Cupertino Union School District which serves to disseminate information between the district and individual school sites, and promote thought exchange and transparency between key stakeholders.
As a parent of two young children, Caroline appreciates the difficulties and concerns of choosing the right school for one’s child. Both of her children attend parent participation schools where she has the opportunity to work with them while contributing directly to the classroom.
Connor Associates recently added four new Image Audit Research Associates to handle increasing demand for perceptual studies to inform school planning for marketing, branding, enrollment and retention management, community engagement, and institutional strategic planning.
