Carolyn Stiles, who has headed Connor Associates Strategic Services’ Division of External Image Audits and Competitive Analysis for the past 10 years, has just been named its Vice President for Client Relations and Market Research. In this new comprehensive role, Carolyn will oversee all client contacts for scheduling of projects and deliverables, monitor quality control and client satisfaction, and continue her role of managing market research.
Projects she will oversee include Enrollment Feasibility Studies using psychodemographic predicting modeling and mapping, Five-Year Enrollment Forecasts, Board Sphere of Influence Surveys to raise the visibility and connectivity of schools within their larger communities and regions, and Alumni Surveys to validate value. She will take a greater role in scheduling Strategic Planning, and will continue to manage External Image Audits and Competitive Analyses.
Her main role, simply put, is to ensure that with an expanding scope of consultant marketing and planning services, Connor Associates will continue to be associated with the high touch and high quality reputation that its clients have come to expect.
With the addition of research-supported branding strategy, marketing collateral, and website design and development several years ago, California-based Connor Associates Strategic Services, LLC has served nearly 450 independent and private schools and colleges across the US and in Europe, South Africa, and Asia.
Connor Associates’ President Mike Connor notes that Carolyn herself has conducted nearly 10,000 External Image Audit interviews since she was originally hired in 2005, following her employment with a California independent school as its Director of Development and Community Relations. “Carolyn has always brought quality and professionalism to her job.
